mig33 tricks
you can edit your mig and give it a new look the way you want. but notice editing mig,decompile,reverse engineer or re implementing is quite illegal. so edit your mig for your sole purpose. Do not distribute,sale or post it on the net so the other people mite use it and you will be sentenced.

1. download a mig33.jar file to your computer from wap.mig33.com
2. go to the command line(MSDOS in windows) and rename the *.jar into *.zip file
3. Open the zip file with any unzipping utility like winzip,winrar,qzip
4. Extract the zip file to a new folder
5. Now you can edit the mig smileys by editing the file j.png, or mig main
logo by k.png or application icon by MiG33.png
5. if you want to alter the mig name, go to the folder META-INFO and edit the file MANIFEST.MF with a notepad( edit carefully or ur mig will not work)
6. Now select the all files and folders in the extracted folder
7. Right-click, select send to, compressed(zipped)Folder
8. now go to the command line again and rename the new zip file to file.jar
9. Enjoy!

mig33 on pc
To Run Mig33 on pc,u need to have the java runtime ,an emulator and the mig33 file...

First,download the java runtime from www.java.com
Note that only runtime is needed...also,before downloading,.jus check whether u already hav the runtime installd in ur pc...[then u can save the download ]

Then download any of the following emulators..
I recommend sjboy.its the fast nd the best...[But u cant do copy-paste in it ]

After downloading the emulator,download the mig files..

Now..if u have downloaded sjboy or midpx..install it in ur system..
after installing,just double click on the mig33 jar files to run them...

If u wanna try with mpowerplayer , run it ,then drag n drop the mig file onto the player...
I recommend not to use it coz it is a resource hog,bring a java software..
It eats up ur ram...
For using mig33 sjboy or midpx is enough..
they r light n small in size
